The Waitresses
The waitresses
At the restaurant
Have to keep reminding
The schizophrenic man
That if he keeps acting
Like a schizophrenic man
They'll have to ask him to leave the restaurant.
But he keeps forgetting that he's a schizophrenic man,
So they have to keep reminding him.
This poem reminds me of a joke I know about schizophrenics. I've searched the internet all morning looking for it, but couldn't find the one I'm thinking of. This one comes close, though:
Roses are red,
Violets are blue
I'm schizophrenic
and I am too.
